This policy covers how Sacrosanct Interactive treats information that is received and collected. By creating an Imperium: Reclaimed account, by playing Imperium: Reclaimed, or by using a Sacrosanct Interactive resource or service you consent to the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. If you do not accept the terms in these documents, do not create an account, or if you have any existing accounts delete them, and cease to use Sacrosanct Interactive and Imperium: Reclaimed resources, games, and services.

User Provided Information

Personal information is entered by the user on a voluntary basis. This information may be viewed by the user, and if desired deleted. Forum and wiki posts along with your username will be publicly visible to all forum and wiki users. Personal information may continue to reside on backup materials. Your account(s) is password protected and account information is not available for public viewing.

If you contact customer support, Sacrosanct Interactive will collect and store the contact information you provide along with the contents of your correspondence.

Sacrosanct Interactive may use personal information to communicate directly with a user regarding technical issues, account ownership, account security, policy changes, and product related announcements.

Automatically Collected Information

When accessing Imperium: Reclaimed through a third party, that party may collect and transmit user information to Sacrosanct Interactive. Sacrosanct Interactive does not retain any of this user information beyond that which is necessary to authenticate the user. Sacrosanct Interactive is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third parties. You should review any third party policies and contact them directly if you have concerns.

Sacrosanct Interactive automatically receives and records information from your browser and game client such as, but not limited to, IP address, cookie information, and pages requested. This information is stored in server logs. Sacrosanct Interactive may set and access cookies on your device.

Sacrosanct Interactive reserves the right to compile aggregate statistics from collected data for research, product improvement, advertising, etc. Such statistical data contains no specific information that can be used to identify an individual user.

Third Parties

Sacrosanct Interactive does not rent, sell, or actively share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

Financial transactions are handled by third party companies. These companies provide customer information to Sacrosanct Interactive as part of each transaction. Such information is retained as part of Sacrosanct Interactive's financial records.
